The EPIC Story
The EPIC Mentor program was developed in 2016 by Western students for Western students to make sure every student coming to Western had the best opportunity for success. EPIC mentors have an amazing opportunity to work with new incoming first-year and transfer students as they learn what makes Western awesome!

What's in it for you?
EPIC Mentor is a paid position at Western and work-study is not required. Earn a minimum of $15 an hour! Hours are flexible with your schedule. Receive training and skill development in areas of leadership, team dynamics, communication, coaching, mentoring, crisis intervention, campus resources, and much more!
